Instructions
Our versatile soaking crystals may be used for small target areas such as hands, wrists elbows and feet. And, for an overall body soak, use in either a bath tub or hot tub. Optimum results are achieved by soaking for at least 15 minutes to allow pores to open and provide maximum absorption.

Tips
Our concentrated soak provides for multiple pain relief sessions. Use as little as a ¼ Tablespoon for hand and food baths and no more than 2 Tablespoons for entire hot tub.
